The successful candidate will be tasked with the modelling, development and testing of data pipelines and products within our data platform.The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, Cloud (preferably AWS) and visualisation tools; such as Tableau.This position has excellent growth and development opportunities, a chance to learn from a multi-functional team!The day to day:Build and support our data products within our industry leading platformWork with product managers and data engineers to come up with technical solutions for our most pressing data problemsModel this data for different use cases for data science, Business Intelligence and domain specific data productsBuild compelling visualisations that help drive decision-making, leading to tangible business benefitBuild reports supporting the company’s BAU and projects streams, including any regulatory reporting requirementsUtilise knowledge and understanding of the business to contribute to data productsImprove analytical engineering processes and roll these out across our team and wider data communityBeing part of a multi-functional agile squad, sharing knowledge with the rest of the data professionalsWorking with business analysts on best design for data products to ensure they meet current and future business needsQualificationsYou are a good fit for the role if you have the following…Passion for designing and building data productsStrong hands-on experience with data manipulation tools and languagesExpertise in relational data models, schemas, and various data structuresComprehensive data modeling skills from conceptualization to optimization, including sophisticated SQL (and ideally DBT)Preferably experienced with scheduling tools (e.g., Airflow) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Superset)Proven track record to engineer analysis, Modeling, transformation, testing, and optimization of massive data volumes from multiple sourcesAgile cross-functional team experienceExcellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across a diverse set of backgrounds and teams.Additional InformationThis is your opportunity to shape our game-changing journey and be part of something truly special!
