Are you an experienced and skilled Reward Manager with a passion for designing competitive compensation and benefits programs? Culina Group have an exciting opportunity to join our team! As our Reward Manager you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative strategies that attract and retain top talent.The role involves analysing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various departments to align rewards with business objectives. Key Duties Input and lead the management of a people reward approach and proposition that ensures highly capable and engaged people are attracted and retained both now and in the future. Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals and industry benchmarks Regularly review and analyse market trends, salary surveys, and competitive intelligence to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive Conduct job evaluations to determine the relative value of different positions within the organisation. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Monitor and stay updated on changes in legislation related to benefits to ensure compliance. Collaborate with the HR team to integrate performance metrics into the compensation and rewards structure. Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs to drive employee motivation and achievement. Provide financial analysis and cost projections for proposed changes to compensation and benefits programs. Communicate effectively with employees regarding compensation and benefits policies, changes, and updates. Ensure there is an effective job evaluation framework and process is in place to benchmark and compare roles internally (and externally) as required. Manage the delivery of existing and new compliance (legislation and /or regulation) involving reward, e.g. gender pay reporting, HMRC reporting, any new employment legislation, equal pay etc. Identify and suggest continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the reward and benefits offering to colleagues and the business - implementing changes as agreed. Qualifications

CIPD qualified Analytically strong, powerpoint and excel proficient, and an articulate presenter both orally and in writing. Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a managerial role. Ability to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and senior management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a Reward role covering pensions, risk benefits, medical benefits, voluntary / salary sacrifice benefits and variable pay plans is essential Knowledge of Job Evaluation Additional Information
