ProSkillz Ltd are recruiting a Registered Manager for a private residential supported living home for Mental Health Clients in Birmingham. We are looking for a candidate who has experience within a management role in health and social care. You will be required to apply to CQC to become a registered manager therefore you will need to have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience. CQC registration is a condition of this appointment, if you were not successful, the offer would be withdrawn. The Registered Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the home including the delivery of the regulated activity, personal care. Recruiting, managing, and training the team and ensure they undergo regular supervisions. Reporting to Head of Operations, their role is to follow the Mission Statement and implement the organisation Aims and Values. As the Registered Manager, it is essential to always act with professionalism and integrity, considering the special and individual needs of the residents within the organisation. Salary: The salary for the position is £38,000.00 to £48,000.00 per annum dependent on experience. Hours: Permanent contract - 40 hours per week. Benefits: Autonomy to manage your home and staffing. Excellent salary with additional on call benefits. 28 days Annual leave: we give each employee an additional day of leave (or pro-rata equivalent) for each completed year of service up to a maximum annual leave entitlement of 35 days (or pro-rata equivalent).
