Job description

We are currently looking for a Field-Based Ventilation Engineer to join our well established client working out of the North West (Birmingham, Hereford etc).

The successful candidate must be hard-working, enthusiastic and willing to go that little bit extra to provide first-class customer care to our clients. We are searching for professional Ventilation engineers to join the busy installation team. Responsibilities:

Installing various company products within the social housing and private properties, which combat and prevent mould and condensation. Complete basic mould treatment and decoration (Painting) as needed. Carry out IRR (Inspect, Repair, Replace) service to existing ventilation products. Provide a high level of customer care. Manage stock levels to ensure the right products are available to complete the job within set expectations. Ensure kit and vehicle are kept in good condition and safe to use to carry out duties required. Sign fit sheets, take before & after photographs and undertake electrical certificates. Complete work in a safe manner in accordance to company risk assessments. Work closely with the scheduling team to manage status of works. Main Requirements (Essential):

Full clean UK driving license. Competence in electrical installations. 17th/18th edition qualified and hold a domestic electrical installers certificateor equivalent. City & Guilds level 2 or 3, or domestic installer qualifications. Competence with sealed unit (glass) installs. 1st & 2nd Fix. Good general trade skills involved in installation of ventilation fans, PPS, PIV's, HRU's, Ducts work etc. Practical domestic trade skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Basic IT skills computer/tablet literate. General awareness of health and safety practices. Good attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done efficiently. Common sense approach to problem solving. Flexible and adaptable to evolvingbusinessneeds. AdditionalRequirements(Desirables):

2 Years electricalexperience. Competence in the use of core drills. NVQ L3, Inspection and testing and JIB (electrician status). Part P test and inspect qualified. Experiencewith MEV products. Company Benefits:
