The core responsibilities of this role will be managing and overseeing a team of people that maintenance of production machinery across the site as well as reporting to the Engineering Manager about projects, problems, and health and safety issues. To achieve this the right candidate will have previous experience with hands-on electrical and mechanical Maintenance Engineering and hold engineering qualifications and time served in a leadership role. The role: 4 On 4 Off split between days and nights Experience working within a team lead role. The person Recognised Electrical qualifications/apprenticeship or time served. Experience working within a team lead role. Experience in a production/process environment e.g FMCG, Chemicals, Water (advantageous) Capable of following H&S policies and procedures Dual Skilled Mechanical/Electrical Must be used to working at height. Confident with valve replacements and basic pneumatics.
