Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer-Sheffield-Up to £40,000 DOE Are you an experienced AC engineer? Would you like to work on a mobile basis? If so this may be the role for you! CBW has a new opportunity for an AC qualified engineer to join a growing FM company on a permanent basis. This is covering an office contract in the Sheffield area. You must have previous commercial maintenance experience and a clean driving license. You will be carrying out both AC and chiller work as well as small installations. Below are all of the details on this position: Responsibilities: PPM & Reactive maintenance Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant. Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial. Extensive building services knowledge Requirements: NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum) Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential) Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces On-Call Rota. Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device. Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
