NURSING HOME MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL, NURSING & DEMENTIA CAR - LINCOLNSHIRE - COMMUTABLE FROM WISBECH, STAMFORD, GRANGHAM, SPALDING, BOSTON, KINGS LYNN & SURROUNDING AREAS - SALARY UP TO £70,000 Are you a qualified nurse with experience in achieving overall good within a nursing home for older people or showing signs of improvements on CQC reports? If so this job is for you! Working within a medium/large nursing home for older people / dementia. You will be experienced in managing and further improving overall good CQC reports. You will be working for a private healthcare provider who have homes all across the UK. You will be a dynamic manager who can lead a team to ensure consistent high quality and person-centred care to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of all residents. This is an exciting opportunity where you can showcase your management strengths in order to ensure that best care is delivered in accordance with company and CQC requirements. Requirements To apply, you will need to have: NMC nursing pin - RGN or RMN Home management experience, within an elderly care setting A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager An NVQ in social care management If you are a friendly manager with excellent leadership abilities, solid values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams to deliver first-class nursing, residential and dementia care to the residents then this could be the job for you.
