£50,000 - £60,000 Role Purpose: The Channel Manager role is pivotal in broadening our market presence and boosting revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships. This position involves developing and overseeing relationships with various channel partners, such as distributors, resellers, and integrators. The primary focus is on implementing effective channel strategies, collaborating closely with partners, and ensuring consistent sales outcomes. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Channel Oversight Lead and manage existing channels, including branded distributors, partners, and referrers.

Partnership Expansion Identify and enlist new channel partners that align with business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams to devise and execute channel strategies that drive sales and market penetration.

Support Mechanism Provide necessary support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our products and services effectively.

Customer-Centric Approach Collaborate with channel partners to understand customer needs and support in closing deals.

Market Intelligence Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

Agreement Finalisation Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Performance Evaluation Monitor and analyse sales performance of channel partners, establish targets, and measure the success of partnerships, implementing enhancements as required.

Product Expertise Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Qualifications: Desirable bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in channel management, preferably in the energy sector.

Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets through indirect partners.

Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Ability to build effective relationships with customers and external stakeholders.

Self-driven and enthusiastic, with a commitment to achieving company goals.

Analytical skills for interpreting data and market trends to inform decision-making.
