Fire Suppression Engineer in London

Taylor Stevenson are happy to announce that a great client of ours who developed an exceptional reputation in the UK and European Fire Suppression Industries with over 30 years experience is now in the market for a new Engineer! Due to them seeing continued growth and expansion seeing year on year, they're looking for an Experienced Fire Suppression/Ansul Engineer to cover their clientele in the London area You will be part of a highly experience engineering team where you will receive full training to become a fully qualified Fire Suppression Engineer. Your day will be extremely varied traveling to various pre booked appointments completing service and remedial works to Fire Suppression equipment. This is a full time role paying between £45k DOE + Overtime is readily available! A Company van, a fuel card and mobile phone is provided! Your duties will include: Service Ansul Fire Suppression Systems. Service Gaseous Fire Suppression Systems both mechanically and electrically. Working on Fire panels such as Kentec Complete Room Integrity Testing. Service portable fire extinguishers. Complete remedial works. Complete call outs. Build professional and effective relationships with a wide client base. The type of candidate they're looking for has : Previous experience working on suppression systems and portable extinguishers is crucial. Previous experience of maintaining Ansul R102 kitchen systems required. Engineering background with mechanical/electrical knowledge is advantageous. Smart appearance and excellent communication skills. Flexible with working hours and ability to work away from home when required. Experience of front line customer service is essential Ability to work unsupervised with capability to problem solve. Full clean UK driving license essential. Be a positive, friendly and a strong confident communicator.
