Site services Manager in London

Job description

Managing all site services on site, including reactive & ppm's Working with boiler cooling towers, water treatment and effluent, air compressors, fire alarms and sprinkler systems, refrigeration and other site services equipment to be covered. Comply with health and safety systems and responsibilities Complete reports and paperwork as required. Management of site contractors. Working with local authorities and insurance companies. Communication and report writing to stakeholders across the business. Managing work requests from across the business and delivery of works against set KPIs. CMMS documentation of all site services works. Working on projects a range of capital projects QUALIFICATIONS Site Services Experience including boilers, effluent, chillers, compressors, and facilities NEBOSH is beneficial IOSH is essential Boiler house experience, BOAS is a beneficial Legionella awareness or qualification
