Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to assist in the management of an effective service to support vulnerable clients, on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Manager:
Assist in the management of the referral process to achieve target levels
Supervise and help support the development of staff directed by the line manager
Support Housing Officers in providing information and advice regarding Welfare Benefits
Ensure client's income is maximised in order to live independently
Oversee housing management complaints
Work with colleagues to prevent evictions
Signpost and liaise with third party agencies
Essential Requirements of the Service Manager:
Practicing Christian
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Enhanced DBS
