Job Title: Engineering Technician Location: Stonehouse Salary: Market Related Contract Type: Permanent Our client are looking for a Engineering Technician within this role you will be responsible for testing and repairing as well as maintain excellent warranty. Key Responsibilities: Carry out warranty repairs and replacing defective parts. Accessing, processing, submitting, and monitoring all warranty claims, from start to finish. Ensuring the company's databases are correct and up to date with use of internal CRM. Carry out mechanical and electrical testing of products. Liasie with customers on product updates and provide after sales service. Initiate and process Engineering Change Requests (ECR) within the company. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong mechanical background with electrical knowledge. HNC or equivalent. IT literate. Ability to manage processes.
