We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic individual to join our network of senior leaders as an Assistant Headteacher. Responsibilities: As an Assistant Headteacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the head teacher and senior leadership team to drive school improvement. Leading and managing specific areas of school development. Contributing to policy development and implementation. Ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the school. Monitoring student progress and implementing effective interventions. Supporting staff development and training. Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture. Managing behaviour and pastoral care. Working closely with students, parents, and external agencies. Contributing to curriculum planning and assessment. Monitoring curriculum delivery and evaluating its impact. Ensuring alignment with national standards and requirements.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You should hold QTS and have a strong background in teaching and learning. Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within a secondary school is essential. Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to the school's strategic vision and drive improvement. Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
