As a Registered Manager you'll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within our homes, enabling young people to thrive. Our homes all have a dedicated Deputy Manager to support you. Your role will include: Managing a warm and friendly home, that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes that are authentic to them. Achieving compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality. Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help your team achieve success. Leading a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development so that they not only provide high-quality care and support, but are enabled to fulfil their own career potential too. You have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above. Your competence:

You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services. Your focus:
