As Shopper Marketing Manager you will be part of the Category Development and Shopper Marketing team, which forms part of the wider Sales function. You will report to the Shopper Marketing Lead working cross functionally with other departments to deliver the Coffee Category goals. You will be responsible for tailoring the brand marketing plans to create best in class activation plans for our retail customers: Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons and Waitrose. E-commerce / digtial plays a key role in these customers so collaboration with the E-Comm NAM will be essential. You will be pivotal in the delivery of best in class activations and communications which add value to the end customer, the consumer, working with the wider marketing team, sales team and customers. Working cross functionally to enable the shopper voice in commercial goals. Provide best in class linkage to sales, category and marketing. Drive our initiatives and brands ensuring they are successfully marketed to the shopper, tailored to the customer and drive purchase behaviour. Key Responsibilities Deliver differentiated shopper activation plans for 2 priority retailers

ruthlessly prioritising, with the support of the shopper marketing intern. Liaising with the E-comm NAM to ensure omni-channel execution. Working with the sales team to understand retailer objectives and aligning with our business priorities across power brands and NPD to deliver best-in class activation. Managing and tracking your customers A&P or Trade spend shopper budgets to ensure we remain within AOP targets. Measuring and evaluating all customer activation spend, ensuring positive ROI and feeding into future planning. Supporting procurement process by ensuring POs are raised, by the commercial assistant, and managed through the process in a timely manner and late PO KPIs are met. Supporting marketing team to develop toolkits and activation ideas relevant for customer activation plans

ensure tailored / bespoke activations are created for priority customers. Working with shopper and customer agencies to deliver best in class execution of shopper activation. Communicate retailer activation plans and results as part of the Go to Market and the S&OP process to gain alignment from key stakeholders internally. Working with Customer Cat Dev teams to identify and develop key insights and strategy from post-evaluation of all activity. Managing print and production of shipper materials for your customers, supporting NAEs to manage end to end process to ensure on time delivery and strong compliance of all shippers. Build a shopper mindset and be the voice of the shopper in the organisation Understand the key drivers of purchase using the shopper behaviour techniques and research Interpret shopper insight data (panel data) and provide insights to inform marketing and customer strategies Lead the planning of the annual Customer Brand Planning days in collaboration with sales and marketing for your customers. Develop, manage and coach the shopper marketing intern as well as supporting the Shopper Marketing Executive by sharing best practice. Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years-experience in an FMCG sales, marketing, activation or shopper marketing role FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) market knowledge Ability to identify insights across multiple data sources Financial acumen: able to build and track simple P&Ls and to manage and track budgets with strong forecast accuracy Strong internal and external networker, good communicator Experience of working cross-functionally to deliver multiple objectives Good excel and PowerPoint skills Mobile

ability to travel to customers within the UK. X-functional project management experience Self-starter, ability to work autonomously Fluent in English. Additional Information
