HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Lead Systems Engineering processes to develop technical solutions to engineering problems, continuously searching for improvement opportunities Develop, review and support junior engineers to generate Systems Engineering artefacts across the product development lifecycle. Utilise Model Based Systems Engineering to create a robust model of the system being developed Collaborate with the system, hardware and software architects to ensure consistency, design for modularity and re-use, and technical excellence Involvement in the full lifecycle (from requirements elicitation through to verification/certification and delivery) HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Follow Systems Engineering processes to develop technical solutions to engineering problems Develop Systems Engineering artefacts across the product development lifecycle. Utilise Model Based Systems Engineering to create a robust model of the system being developed Collaborate with the system, hardware and software architects to ensure consistency, design for modularity and re-use, and technical excellence Involvement in the full lifecycle (from requirements elicitation through to verification/certification and delivery) Ability to work independently or as a senior member within a team ABOUT YOU Experience across the full Systems Engineering lifecycle Experience working in an Agile development environment Ability to apply learned skills and expertise and support more junior systems engineers Experience of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is highly desirable, but not essential HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU Please let us know if you need us to make any reasonable adjustments for the selection process
