Engineering Trainer Office Location: Sheffield, UK(MUST be open to deliver training across our Manchester, South Yorkshire, Stoke-on-Trent & Leicester depots in person.) About the role As a Road Transport (bus) maintenance trainer, you must be flexible and open to traveling across our bus depots in the Manchester, South Yorkshire, Stoke-on-Trent & Leicester regions, ensuring that all aspects of required engineering training needs are identified and met. You will ensure that all engineers competency is maintained and sustained in light of future technologies and the business needs. You will serve as a central point of contact forcomprehensivefaultdiagnosisand repairs, offering technicalsupport, conducting vehicle inspections, and providing training to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards, while maintaining optimal working conditions andcontinuouslyupdatingengineeringstaff skills and knowledge. About you Training experience

proficient in training methodologies. Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics Be proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment including but not limited to Jaltest, Cummins Insight, Volvo Tech-tool, Actia, Kibes, Xentry Be proficient in the use of electrical diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes and multimeters Hold or be working towards a recognised assessing qualification Hold or be working towards an irtec master-tech accreditation Hold or be working towards an irtec vehicle inspection accreditation The ability to support with complex fault diagnoses on vehicles within our fleet Computer literate with knowledge of MS office and web-based systems Rewards & Benefits Your health is important to us which is why we offer Simply Health & Smart Health for you and your dependents at no cost to you!
