The Role As an experienced Project Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the planning, progression, and installation of a diverse range of projects bespoke to the clients needs. Your role will be crucial in delivering projects on time and within budget, with a primary focus on high-profile clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will be interfacing with various stakeholders, from Company Directors to Civil Contractors. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of projects involving Parking Bollards, Anti-Terrorist Barriers, and traffic access/control systems. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring regular and transparent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient time and resource management. Utilise practical basic engineering knowledge to interpret and understand engineering drawings. Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Demonstrate a commercial mindset while maintaining technical excellence. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, NEC/JCT contracts, and relevant industry standards. Leverage strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications and Skills: Practical basic engineering knowledge acquired through experience or a relevant degree. Proficient in reading engineering drawings. Familiarity with Windows-based packages, email, and internet applications. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction. Attention to detail and excellent memory. Ability to manage multiple issues under time pressure. Full driving license (car). Previous experience in construction site work in the UK, including familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts and health and safety regulations, is advantageous.
