Your future employer is offering an excellent opportunity to join their growing team in the commercial catering industry as a Field Service Engineer. The package includes a competitive salary of £38,000 to £42,000 plus unlimited overtime along with benefits such as 23 days of holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working hours, and door-to-door rates of pay. With unlimited overtime available, the expected on-target earnings are within the range of £46,000 - £48,000.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous engineering experience working on catering equipment, carrying out fault finding and routine maintenance with excellent customer service experience. Comcat 1, 3 and 5 are essential for this position, and any other additional gas certificates are beneficial.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer include: Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of catering equipment Previous experience on commercial ovens, boiler units, pressure friers, etc. Carry out fault finding for reactive repairs Carrying out gas work on the range of equipment Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers Complete all necessary job sheets and liaising closely with the service desk Maintaining van stock and general vehicle maintenance as required

Required experience of the Field Service Engineer: Minimum 1 years engineering experience on catering equipment Comcat qualifications 1,3 and 5 (essential) Additional gas qualifications are beneficial (Fgas, Comcat 2, etc.) Proficient fault-finding skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A full, clean UK driver's license
