Peripatetic Manager - West Yorkshire (must be prepared to travel if needed) Commutable from Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Bradford & Surrounding Areas Salary £57,000 plus company car and benefits! Working within residential, nursing and dementia care homes for older people you will ensure the homes provide quality, person centred and compassionate care. You will work across the homes within the group and provide support to senior management and home managers and manage homes in the absence of a manager. You will ensure CQC regulations are adhered to along with company policies and procedures. Supporting and monitoring business plans for the homes within the group. Assist with effective marketing and provide operations support where required. To be considered for this post you will need: Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements Previously been a Home Manager within a nursing or residential care home for older people with an overall good CQC report or improvements on existing CQC reports Strong leadership skills to support and develop Home Managers Turn around skills and experience Implementing action plans and following up to ensure completion NVQ Level 5 in social care / Nurse qualified (not essential)
