S2S are looking for Relief Chefs of all levels across the North East for Educational Units, Care Homes, Sporting Venues, Contract Caterers, Events. We are looking for flexible, able chefs to work in a variety of establishments. You may be working from Chef de Partie to Head Chef level. Hours of work:Various Location:North East

Requirements: Relevant Catering Qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1/2/3 or NVQ) Experience working in a professional kitchen. Chef whites & appropriate footwear Working references. Right to Work in the UK Documentation Role: Work to produce high quality food at every service. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness of the kitchen and stock areas. Prepare, cook, and serve food as specified by the venue and to ensure that the food meets the appropriate specification. Assist in the food preparation and service when work as part of a team.
