FP&A Manager in London

SF Group are excited to be working exclusively with an services business based in Staffordshire on their search for an FP&A Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the Head of FP&A to produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), that will support and assist the growth and development of the business - Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans. - Analyse financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, highlighting variances and providing explanations for performance discrepancies. - Create comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management, presenting key findings and insights. - Monitor and analyse cost structures, recommend cost-saving initiatives, and track their implementation. - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and align with strategic goals. - Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support various departments with financial insights as required. - Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial matters. The Successful Applicant: - Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (Excel, financial software). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
