Project Manager - DMC in London

Job description

We are seeking a Spanish speaker with at least 2 years of experience of working in Group Operations with an inbound tour operator or a UK DMC. Our client handles international conferences, events and incentive from South America, USA, and Spain coming to the UK. You will be part of a small team that handles everything from the initial enquiry, creating and designing the events, negotiation with suppliers preparing quotations, and operating the event including onsite support. The company work with a range of clients from different industries including fashion, car, banking and insurance, media, manufacturing, and other areas and most groups are custom made. You must have good knowledge of Scotland especially hotels, destinations event venues and restaurants. We seek a fluent English and Spanish speaker with at least 2 years of Group Operations experience. This will be a high profile role with the opportunity to attend FAM trips, site inspections and be with the group when they are in Scotland. This is a home based role and we can consider candidates living anywhere in Scotland.
