Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager My client in the West Midlands is seeking a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager - for elderly residents 55+. Working Pattern:

5 days on Site Rate:

2-3 Months Role Requirements:

A confident and competent Housing Professional who has worked on Shelter Scheme Management and/or Tenancy Management. Ideally have experience with Elderly members of the public. Able to complete Welfare checks and support plans. Have access to a car with Business Insurance, 5 days/week on site. Enhanced DBS check with 6 months left. ASAP start, 37hrs/ week.
