Security Engineer £Market Rates/Day Inside IR35 Glasgow/ London Hybrid 3 Months We are seeking a Security Engineer with experience of Zscaler for our client based in either Glasgow or London. This role will be office based 2 days per week and the remainder remote. This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Role Profile: Responsibilities Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of the Zscaler security platform. Ensure the platform's high availability and deliver an optimal user experience for our clients. Design, develop, and optimise Zscaler modules to meet organisational needs and enhance operational efficiency. Manage a team of Zscaler Analysts, overseeing task assignments, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering team development. Drive the adoption and maturity of Zscaler processes throughout the organisation, fostering best practices in IT security. Monitor and analyse the performance of the Zscaler platform, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure a robust and secure IT environment. Qualifications and Skills: Strong familiarity with Zscaler platform integration and APIs. Proven experience in Zscaler administration and development. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex issues.
