Options Resourcing have teamed up with one of the lading cladding companies in the Northern Wales. We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their highly experienced team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cladding, rainscreen cladding, roofing, and installation management. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage contracts related to cladding, rainscreen cladding, roofing, and installation projects. Coordinate with clients, design teams, and site teams to ensure project success. Develop comprehensive programmes, safe systems of work, and risk analysis for each project. Utilize project planning software and health & safety management app for streamlined project delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and certifications. Requirements: Proven experience in contracts management within the construction industry, with a focus on cladding, rainscreen cladding, roofing, and installation. Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and certifications. Proficiency in project planning software such as Microsoft Projects Plan 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
