About the Team Case Preparation and Presentation is a multidisciplinary team responsible for preparing and presenting cases referred to the Fitness to Practise Committee for fair and timely conclusions. CPP is an effective and cohesive team and is the largest in the Directorate.The Monitoring and Compliance (MAC) Team sits within the CPP team, managing the compliance of restrictions on professionals practice. These are some of the teams highest risk cases, with some cases also of high profile and complexity. About the Role

Youll be responsible for managing a team progressing a caseload comprised of undertakings and substantive order review cases.Youll provide guidance and support to case officers and have overall responsibility for maintaining a high performing team. Youll ensure that risk to public protection is effectively managed, and that were taking timely decisions to identify and escalate breaches of restrictions.Youll be required to work collaboratively and maintain good working relationships across the directorate, to ensure high quality case progression and identifying areas of improvement. About you Experience in a management role within a regulatory or legal environment. Strong understanding of case management processes, risk assessment, and performance improvement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to make decisions based on legal advice. Benefits
