Reliability Engineer
Up to 45k
Days based Monday to Friday

This role is site based, working for a highly respected and recognisable process related organisation in Warrington.
Due to an internal promotion and site growth, one of the most respected organisations in the area is seeking a skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to become a vital part of their Engineering/ Projects strategy on days. As the Reliability Engineer, you will be actively involved in the following tasks:
Support the site engineers to deliver the maintenance and reliability plan
Ensure correct use and feedback through SAP and other reporting forms to create history and working knowledge of the process.
Enact and develop the reliability plan for site.
Utilise Condition based Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance techniques to improve preventative maintenance.
Develop the organisation to a greater proactive and forward focused state. Utilising tools such as RCA, Pareto, FMEA etc.
Develop and use key metrics to measure the reliability performance of the assets.
Support and deliver OPEX and CAPEX projects
Maintenance & reliability
Management of CMMS system
Creating/developing reliability measurements
Ensuring preparation for maintenance shutdowns
Developing innovative solutions for improved performance/reliability/energy
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following skills & experience:
You must have completed a formal engineering apprenticeship from within a process, production or manufacturing related industry.
Project leadership experience
Ideally you will have gained a higher education qualification such as HNC/ HND etc...
Continuous Improvement/ Reliability/ Preventative Maintenance experience is essential.
