Sales Manager in Swindon

Job description

A new opportunity for a Sales Manager has been created to lead our advertising team in Swindon. This is a hands-on sales role whilst also coaching and developing the multi-media sales expertise of the team to improve skills and ultimately revenue andresults. The successful candidate will have a background in telephonesales management skills and ideally you will have a good understanding of our multi-media products along with exemplary sales skills, market knowledge, competitor insight and customer service. As a sales leader, you will focus on effective productivity, growing territories, monitoring customer churn, new customers and customer retention. You will be able to break down forecasts and budgets to individual achievable plans and ensure you have the foresight to anticipate and address potential shortfalls. This role is based full-time in our modern offices in Swindon. SALARY AND BENEFITS No weekends or evening work

Paying up to £32,000 + commission
