HV Commercial Manager Watford £45,000-£65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Pension + Holiday Do you have experience as a Commercial Manager within the Utilities/Power industry, looking to join an established business, where you will directly affect the trajectory of the company? On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company, giving you the chance to take responsibility for communication and interfaces between commercial, SHEQ, finance and operations departments to suit the needs of the business. This company specialises in High Voltage substation system networks. Through innovation and quality of service, they now require a Commercial Manager to lead tender bids, working alongside estimators, directors and business development managers. In this role, you will help the company continue its goals in growth, whilst also providing a brilliant service through providing proactive support and guidance to all parties on compliance with statutory requirements and company standards. The Role: - Set up contracts with clients and developers, DNO's and suppliers. - Review contracts with clients whilst resolving any contractual discussions. - Work out of the Watford office and occasionally travel UK wide for substation site attendances. The Applicant: - Previous experience as a commercial/contract manager within the utilities/power industry. - Experience tendering electrical contracts from 11kV to 132kV. - Familiar with FIDIC/NEC/NEC3 contracts.
