Role:

Electrical Maintenance Engineer OR Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Engineer Salary:

£48,000 to £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, + loads of overtime paid at x1.5 & x2.0 + benefits (Circa £52k - £56k potential with overtime) Hours:

4 on 4 off, rotation of earlies & lates ;

6:30am to 6:30pm and 11am to 11pm - only earlies worked at weekends if your shift falls on them Location:

Commutable from Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Tamworth and surrounding areas Company We are currently recruiting Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Engineer to work within a supported and driven maintenance department, looking after a range of production machinery via planned and reactive maintenance, and project work. You will be encouraged and have opportunities to learn and progress your skills, taking on further training and development offered. The require someone who possess the right attitude and team fit, looking to put some roots down and build a challenging and rewarding career in their company. Responsibilities This is a permanent position, a Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Engineer opportunity, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern rotating between earlies & lates; 6:30am to 6:30pm and 11am to 11pm - however if your shift falls on a weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) only earlies are worked. Your role will include, although not limited to: Planned Preventative Maintenance across a range of equipment and machinery, including conveyors, extruders, mixers, driers etc. Dealing with machinery breakdowns and problems, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs. PLC trouble-shooting and fault finding - Siemens S5 & S7, and Mitsubishi - Siemens mainly - and S5's are planned for upgrade to S7's Assisting with planned shut-downs and project work, refurbishing machines and replacing worn parts. Requirements Completed a recognized Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, this could be in Industrial, Production or Manufacturing environments Maintenance experience; dealing with machinery or equipment problems and breakdowns and/or completing preventative maintenance of plant/industrial machinery PLC knowledge - fault finding - any PLC's considered Any experience of SOME/ANY of the following; Sensors, Relays, Servo Drives, AC or DC Motors, Control Panels, Contactors, 3 phase etc. Happy to work in a medium/heavy plant environment Friendly and adaptable working attitude Willing to take on and complete further training as part of your growth and development in the factory and company If this role sounds of interest, please apply now and send your most up to date CV to Wesley at TechNichols Resourcing to be considered.
