Covering the South, East, and West of Wales Ty Hafan offers a beautiful, newly refurbished working environment set in idyllic grounds a short distance from the metropolitan area of Cardiff. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Bank as a registered nurse to support our highly experienced care team. We are looking for dedicated nurses with a passion for providing holistic family centred care to a caseload of very special and inspiring children, young people, and their families. As a Ty Hafan nurse you will be supported in maintaining and developing your clinical skills to a high standard, in addition to working closely with a wider team of professionals to provide truly intuitive and creative care that goes beyond just clinical tasks. About the role As a Bank Registered Nurse your responsibility will be to deliver safe, clinical nursing care to children resident in the hospice, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. We are looking for Registered Nurses with the skills to assess, plan and deliver individualised nursing care, providing evidence-based clinical intervention in line with current guidelines, regulations and policies. Our skilled team provide specialist care for children and young people with a wide range of complex conditions therefore, at Ty Hafan your work will be extremely varied, and deeply fulfilling.
