Automatic Door Engineer in Newcastle upon Tyne

Job description

Talent84 is recruiting for a rapidly growing business in the Fire, Security, & Electrical contracting market, working across multiple sectors with a large concentration in the public sector. Due to the awarding of the long-term contract within the public sector, which has over 1000 sites nationwide and 4500 assets across those sites, a minimum of 12 engineers are needed across the country to ensure that all automatic doors, shutters, and gates are working at all times. The successful candidate will have experience in the sector, a drive to provide a quality service and an attention to detail and customer service. The engineer will be responsible within a wider team for performing preventative and reactive maintenance across all assets. This will ensure the systems are fully functional and safe to use, and any necessary upgrades are recommended to the client.
