Reward £35,000 per annum, increasing to £36,000 after the probationary period Monday to Friday, 45 Hours per week between 6am-5pm 33 days holiday including bank holidays Company vehicle and fuel card Healthcare scheme benefits Company phone and iPad Pension scheme Store discounts On-site parking Job Role Nationwide installation, service, and repair of various equipment in diverse settings Training service engineers Serving as the escalation point for technical support Conducting plumbing and electrical surveys Developing policies and procedures for health and safety, installation, and equipment service Performing engineer performance reviews for a team of 3 engineers Handling facilities maintenance/refurbishment duties Planning daily workload for service engineers Planning departmental capacity Analysing, reporting, and presenting departmental performance data Routing and reviewing planned maintenance/service contracts Refurbishing returned equipment Monitoring and controlling engineering spare part stocks Reviewing and advising on the suitability of new equipment and services Head office legionella monitoring Occasional overnight stopovers are required for long-distance installations. Skills and experience You will need to be able to pass a DBS check Electrical installation and maintenance NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations Service engineering/facilities maintenance management or supervisory experience Full clean driving licence Basic plumbing knowledge/experience Working knowledge of Health and Safety Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative and meet deadlines Flexible and committed with a positive can-do attitude Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
