Menlo Park is working with a leading provider of NHS Primary and Community Care services across the North East, North West, and Yorkshire. With over 19 years of experience, they deliver quality care through a dedicated team of GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Health Care Assistants. Salary:

£45k to £60k (FTE) (DOE) Location:

County Durham The Surgery: Operates across three divisions: Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy, and Clinical Services. The services include anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews, and childhood immunisation programs. We provide management and clinical support to other GP practices and NHS bodies. Your Role: As an experienced Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care, from initial assessment to treatment and evaluation, within general practice. Collaborate with the team, support policy implementation, and ensure patient needs are met. This role requires meeting NMC requirements for advanced practice.
