Work as Clinical Lead Nurse within a nursing and dementia nursing home in Preston, Lancashire. We are looking for an RGN, RMN, or RNLD Registered Nurse with substantial dementia / mental health experience for this role. The Clinical Lead Nurse position is full time, working 2 x supernumerary shifts 8am - 4pm, and 2 x 12 hour clinical shifts leading on the floor. The salary is £47,500. As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support the Deputy and Home Manager in the following areas; Training and development of staff Incident and accident follow ups Supervisions on the floor Management of the nursing and care team We are looking for an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD with substantial dementia experience and excellent clinical skills. We are looking for someone who is used to autonomous working and can make decisions independently; you will ideally be from a care home background.
