Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Develop and execute quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of product quality. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and implement solutions to meet their specifications. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that the company remains in compliance with all relevant requirements. Interface with regulatory bodies and conduct internal audits to guarantee adherence to quality and safety protocols. Qualifications: Degree or Master's in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a technical services role within the food manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
