Job Title: Mobile Fabric Technician - Static Sites Location:

Central London My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and motivated mobile fabric technician to join their team, focusing on multiple static sites in and around East London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work in a dynamic urban environment. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (plenty of overtime available) £32,000 + company benefits Company van + fuel card Responsibilities: General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces Painting & Decorating Tiling Carpentry Basic plumbing Drainage & flushing Changing light bulbs Emergency light testing Fire alarm/door testing Grouting & Plastering Minor electrical works Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc. Requirements: Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting Full right to work in the UK Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential) Punctual Able to work independently Full UK drivers licence Randstad is an equal opportunity employer.
