Design Manager responsibilities: - Overseeing construction/design deliverables to meet client expectations and project requirements. - Coordinating communication among stakeholders: client, design team, contractors, and third-party specialists. - Reviewing and monitoring in construction/design processes, ensuring quality and distribution of documentation. - Managing milestone deliverables, design changes, and quality assurance. - Coordinating control samples, resolve construction/design queries, and lead meetings for integrated project design.

Design Manager required skills & experience: - 10 years Design Management experience - 3 years Offsite Construction experience - Construction Degree or similar - Excellent communication skills - Technically excellent
