My client is an established and still personal environmental and sustainability consultancy, specialising in several services, who are looking to expand their Ecology team due to growth and a healthy pipeline of projects, and with a more personal approach and still have a small team that you can make a difference and have influence in their growth and success.

They are looking for an Ecologist (any grade) to join the growing team to deliver on a vast range of multi-disciplinary projects working with a number of clients.

If you are 2-3 years into your role, and want to grow and experience being part of something LESS corporate and able to move to progress with the demonstration of the right skills and leadership.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience. In contributing to the co-ordination and production of Environmental Statements, Reports and Assessments. Understanding of Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) and Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA). In survey design and delivery. In protected species migration and licenses. Hold a license for at least one species. Excellent report writing skills and ability to quality control other colleagues in the team.
