Shop Manager Location: SwanleySalary: £17,026.40 per annum(Depending on experience)Hours: 30 hours per week Monday to Saturday working 4 days per week. We are looking to recruit an experienced Shop Manager for our shop in Swanley, the right person will be highly motivated, be target driven, have excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of shop management and functioning.  This is a part-time position working 30 hours a week over a period of 4 days Monday to Saturday. The Role:You will be responsible for the day to day running of the charity shop and will be expected to deliver a great experience for our customers and donors. You will manage paid staff and be motivated to recruit, train new team members, and maintain skilled volunteers to help you in achieving your goals. To Support All shops when required and supporting future plans and ambitions around the expansion and events in and around the shops.
