Shift Engineering Technician – Competitive Salary – Southwick, Sunderland. The Role Are you skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining machinery? Are you experienced in shift engineering or a similar role? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As a Shift Engineering Technician, the successful candidates' role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment during your designated shift. You'll collaborate closely with operators to maintain efficiency and address any technical issues that arise. This includes conducting routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring that production processes run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Work with operators to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment during your shift. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise. Collaborate with fellow engineers and production teams to optimise line efficiency and minimise downtime. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance through MMS.
