As a Registered Nurse in the hospital wards, you'll be responsible for:
Providing top-notch care to patients across a range of services
Keeping your clinical knowledge up-to-date and applying it in practice
Making necessary decisions with autonomy and support
Working flexible shift patterns, including long days and nights
Continuously developing your clinical and leadership skills
The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role should have:
Valid NMC Registration
Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
Up-to-date knowledge in your area of practice
Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability
Experience in a surgical ward
