As a

Head Chef , you will take over the running of our onsite catering. We provide breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks for 800 colleagues, as well as catering for meetings, conferences and events (both on and off site). As a

Head Chef , we are looking for someone to: Provide our colleagues with an exceptional choice and quality of food and drinks ensuring seasonal changes, local produce and catering to all tastes Manage food costs in accordance with budget & business plan; achieving food cost of sales budget through strategic planning, portion control, and effective inventory management, minimizing wastage and maximizing profitability Manage staff rotas efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing levels within budgeted payroll costs, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure seamless communication between kitchen and service staff, ensuring a great experience for colleagues Qualifications

Essential Previous experience of running a busy kitchen Passion for hospitality Strong business mind focused on delivering quality and minimising costs Ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of risk assessments and food safety and hygiene in a commercial kitchen Additional Information
