Senior Asset Manager

to join their team based in Portsmouth. This is a full-time, permanent role. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for strategically directing Assets into appropriate channels and markets. You will encourage new approaches and be willing to challenge the status quo! Some of your responsibilities will include; Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers Monitor market trends and assess business competitors Develop a long-term repurposing strategy Manage a team of 4 and ensure clear targets are set Develop company processes You will have the following; Experience working in the automotive sector You will be driven and can work well under pressure An excellent decision-maker, who is used to reporting at board level In return our client is offering a salary of circa £65,000, plus free parking, 25 days annual leave + BH, hybrid working, and a discretionary bonus, plus many more!
