Job Title: Business Development Manager - Apprenticeships Location: Home based - Must be flexible with travel Salary: up to £55,000 + fantastic uncapped bonus potential! Type: Full-time, Permanent KM have 2 exciting opportunities available for Business Development Executives/Managers within the Apprenticeship/WBL sectors. Essential Criteria: The successful BDM will already have proven experience of developing new business for apprenticeship starts within the Apprenticeship/WBL sector (without this experience we are unable to progress). Strong cv that shows longevity in the Apprenticeship sector with an established network. Experience of selling to senior level executives. Excellent understanding of Apprenticeship funding criteria and able to give advice on Levy spending. Proven experience of generating own employer leads, negotiating / winning and closing new business. Strong account management experience. Proven experience of working towards and achieving targets. Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.

The Role; Proactively identify and engage with businesses, topromote our clients offering of Apprenticeship/Commercial Qualifications. Implementing a solutions led approach to business development, identify employer needs and tailoring a solution utilising our clients offering of Apprenticeships, Commercial/ Professional qualifications Identify and engage at a senior level to secure new employer accounts Generate a pipeline and build solid senior level relationships in order to ensure our clients leading position in this secto Working towards and achieving targets linked to growth and revenue. Attend meetings with decision makers to discuss their training and recruitment needs Give advice and support to employers regarding the Apprenticeship Levy and future funding reforms Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and design / develop training plans to meet employers needs. Keep up to date with competitors strengths and weaknesses, evaluating the market and scoping out new opportunities. Report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis and meet month end sales deadlines. Cross sell other products, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.
