Network Operations Manager + Berkshire - Hybrid + £60,000 - £70,000 What you will be doing: Collaborate cross departmentally to identify and introduce operational improvements to customer experience, operational efficiency, and maintain highly available service where appropriate and cost effective to do so. Responsible for creating, documenting, and ensuring processes are maintained and followed to provide necessary Network Operations assurance with new Passive and Active infrastructure builds supporting robust handover processes into live service. Provide accurate and timely process and business analysis and reporting. Work closely with partners and service suppliers to ensure proper governance, assurance, and value is being realised. Contribute to the CAB process and challenge appropriately when risk is identified. Contribute to the Problem Management process providing support to resolution. Mentor and coach junior members of the Network Operations Team with regards quality and best practice. Support Network Operations project delivery and contribute to ensuring timescales are achieved. Create and maintain Network Operations Document Library with knowledge management information and operational Wiki pages as well as specification documentation covering all aspects of the physical network. Seek and support opportunities for automation to include RPA, Machine Learning to streamline process. Monitor & enforce adherence to standards & policies, ensuring best practice and compliance to specification. SME and owner of auditable content, defining the minimum quality standards & quality platform for all aspects of the network (build/install/civils). Desirable qualifications: Prince2, 6 SIGMA, ITIL 3/4
