Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Build, maintain and manage effective relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver a positive and memorable experience for clients and colleagues alike.
- Autonomous Working: Confidently manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision, making decisions that benefit the wider team.
- Network & Relationship Building: Foster strong internal relationships to support seamless service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with others, providing guidance and supporting continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect and assess facilities standards, implementing enhancements where necessary.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues swiftly and professionally, escalating when required.
- Data & Insight: Use data and feedback to identify trends, drive improvements and raise the bar for service standards.
About You:
- Proven experience in a facilities coordinator or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong vendor management experience.
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.
- Customer-focused and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and resilient in a changing environment.
