You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high service standards, excellent communication across teams, and strong vendor performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Build, maintain and manage effective relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver a positive and memorable experience for clients and colleagues alike.
  • Autonomous Working: Confidently manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision, making decisions that benefit the wider team.
  • Network & Relationship Building: Foster strong internal relationships to support seamless service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with others, providing guidance and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect and assess facilities standards, implementing enhancements where necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues swiftly and professionally, escalating when required.
  • Data & Insight: Use data and feedback to identify trends, drive improvements and raise the bar for service standards.


About You:

  • Proven experience in a facilities coordinator or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Customer-focused and committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resilient in a changing environment.
