Investment Associate - Real Estate/Infrastructure in Greater London

THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners have partnered with a top performing real assets private equity fund who are looking to hire an additional Investment Associate for their London office.

Having recently secured an Associate for the team in the last weeks, the fund are looking to hire a second investor who will support their origination, execution and portfolio management efforts across several asset classes including commercial real estate, student accommodation, data centres and transport/logistics, amongst others.

The fund is a multi-billion AuM platform with several offices globally, providing an international and entrepreneurial environment for someone who is interested in asset-heavy PE looking to work across multiple geographies and have significant exposure on transactions.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of experience across Investment Banking and/or Private Equity, ideally with a focus on Real Estate and/or Infrastructure
• Strong modelling and commercial acumen
