PERMANENT POSITION/CONTRACT

STRUCTURE MECHANIC


Excited to announce an opportunity for a Structure Mechanic role on the Wedgetail project in Birmingham! This is your chance to convert B737NGs into the impressive E-7A Wedgetail.


For those with a rich background in avionics and the right certifications, this could be your next big move. We're looking for candidates with EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certificates, or those willing to obtain them.


Due to the secretive nature of the project, strict requirements apply:

- Security Clearance is non-negotiable: Candidates must be clearable.

- Trade Test: Essential to meet Boeing's high standards.

-Must hold Right to Work in UK.


Competitive Pay: Enjoy a lucrative package outside IR35.

Perm: Up to £60 K

Contract: 12-month minimum contract period,

Shifts: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.



We need professionals who can:

- Interpret diagrams, blueprints, Engineering Orders, and Schematics.

- Understand NAS 523 Cross details.

- Determine and install required fasteners after assessing Bend Allowances, Offsets, Edge Distances, and spacing requirements.

- Correctly install various fasteners including Rivets, Hi-Loks, Flush Rivets, and Countersunk Rivets in multiple applications.
